4 People to Save the World
The high seas can be a dangerous place for those who travel without a map. But as Captain Chaos always says, “Maps are for losers.” Born into a pirate family, she mastered the fine arts of swashbuckling, plank walking and treasure burying all before her fourteenth birthday. For her birthday present, her family’s ship was raided by Red Darkbeard, sworn enemy of the Chaos pirate clan. She lost everything that night, her family, the clan ship, even her pet parrot Meow. She spent the next decade preparing her revenge – building a crew of sailors that she could trust beyond a shadow of a doubt and stealing the Jolly Buckets, the fastest ship in the Duke’s Navy. On her travels to seek out Red Darkbeard she even ran across a wounded flamingo, which she adopted and dubbed Meow II.
The night of her nineteenth birthday, Captain Chaos slept the best she had in years. The flickering lights from the fires on board The Darkbeard played across her face as Meow II leisurely pecked on the decapitated head of Red Darkbeard that rolled across the deck. As the fires aboard The Darkbeard were put out with a hiss and steam as the ship sunk beneath the waves, Captain Chaos knew that her revenge was complete.
With her revenge finally put behind her, Captain Chaos needed a new challenge. From the Blind Seer of Mercedes she learned of Artemis’ Treasure, an ancient and terrible treasure that could only be found by those ordained by the Book of the Sargaraqua. Knowing a challenge when she saw it, Captain Chaos set course to retrieve the Book of the Sargaraqua and it’s keeper, Martingale, the last of the Sargaraqua. Using Martingale as her guide, Captain Chaos set fourth collecting the four adventurers that could find Artemis’ Treasure to earn herself endless fame in pirate lore.
